I’m about to hit the end of neat maps and routes again. The Beara Breifne Way ostensibly follows the Suck Valley Way for a while yet – but when you compare the BBW version of the Suck Valley Way and the version that is on Irish Trails and in fact on the Suck Valley Way website and maps, they differ after my next day of walking. And after that is the final ‘sketchy’ section, the Lung Way or Lough Gara Way.
So. pausing for minute to let the re-awakened ball of foot blister heal and to try and figure out what’s what. More tomorrow. For now, here’s Maurice:
